News :: 10% Reduction Missed by Atlanta and Dekalb County

We are a day late (sorry) on picking up this story about reports that Atlanta and Dekalb county, were not able to hit Sonny's goal of a 10% water reduction use for the month of November.  Atlanta's reduction was around 7% and Dekalb's was around 8%.  If only there was a simple way to reduce individual water consumption by 3%-5% each day, or more...........(Pee Outside).
