Check out this USA Today story about a Utah man, James Whipple, who after "two really big beers" was told that he could not use an airplane lavatory, and was forced to pee in a barf bag.  The bathroom was made "off limits" because the light was out in it.   James was not noticed while peeing in the bag (which doesn't say too much for him). 

"The airline sent James a letter of apology and a flight voucher", SkyWest spokeswoman Sabrena Suite-Mangum said Friday.   Sabrena has consequently been nominated for the "Best Possible Porn Name for an Airline Spokeswoman" award.
