Peeoutside.org might be looking to add 22 million Southwesterns sometime soon, before Lake Mean dries up. Experts are saying that Lake Mead might be dry by 2021 (we'll be able to see the dry lake bed from our flying cars). Honestly, isn't peeing outside a better option than having 22 million people die of thirst? We think so.
