News :: Jellyfish Sting - Pee Away?

Turns out, peeing on a jelly fish sting is not really all that helpful.  Pee contains ammonia, which is why its been known for being a cure for the stings.  However, according to this linked article:  "Depending on the person -- and whether he or she is dehydrated, diabetic, on a protein diet, or dealing with myriad other conditions -- urine may or may not be about as good as fresh water."

We figure that there not not many times that you get to pee on friends and family, so you may as well just forget about this article.
